We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst & BI Developer to join our growing BI team and be part of the company’s data modeling efforts.

You will be responsible for the design and implementation of data solutions end-2-end, by translating business requirements into various business models, and creating ETL processes for better data engagement, data analytics, and business insights.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop data processes and build data infrastructure for the relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for various disciplines in the company.
  •  Transform abstract questions into quantifiable metrics.
  • Analyze large datasets and provide useful actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to capture analytical requirements.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Developer.
  • Proven experience and high-level skills in writing complex SQL queries and procedures
  • Experience working with relational & non-relational databases like Elastic / MySQL etc.
  • Experience in Python
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses.
  • Practical experience in developing and optimizing organizational Data Pipeline processes in a cloud-based environment in AWS tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Ability to understand data and transform it into insights.
  • High level of English.
  • ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) experience 
  • Experience working with Spark + PySpark – Advantage
  • Experience working with Stream Process frameworks – Advantage
  • Academic degree in software \ engineering \ information Systems \ quantitative discipline
