To realize our vision, Kape develops, acquires, and distributes various leading digital security software products such as ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, Private Internet Access, and Intego, with over 1000 team members globally.


We are looking for a B2C Product Marketing Manager to join our Security division and be the bridge between the product and marketing teams!

As a key member of our team, you’ll be in charge of taking over, managing, and growing the customer journey and retention of the security brands in Kape’s portfolio.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Own and create Kape's security story through product ownership of the marketing/web development team
  • Coordinate with the product, design, and marketing teams (and external resources) in a timely, efficient manner
  • Create and optimize a wide range of marketing assets, including landing pages, product pages, pricing plans, email campaigns, and more
  • Own the entire marketing funnel including online payment processing checkout flows, product packages, and prices
  • Responsible for the monetization of new product features, both internally and externally
  • Growing revenues from the existing customer base. Focus on LTV, AOV, ARPU, ARR, retention rate, reactivation rate, etc.
  • Become an expert in our market, competition, and customers.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years of experience as a product marketing manager (or a similar role)
  • Working in the cyber security industry - an advantage
  • Working on B2C products - an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of product and marketing processes
  • Ability to impact customer buying behaviors, including increased conversion and cross-sell rates
  • Experience using data, analytics, and metrics to drive business results
  • A commercial mindset with experience building features and business cases from market research
