We’re looking to expand our Customer Support team in Bucharest! If you’re a natural-born solution finder and prefer a flexible schedule (5 days/week- Monday-Sunday), the CyberGhost Bucharest office has a seat with your name on it.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Solve of general, product-specific questions;
  • Research relevant answers and action plans;
  • Accurate documentation and issue handling in a ticketing system, closely following standard processes and procedures;
  • Handle incoming chat communication;

 

We are looking for people who:

 

  • Have good written and verbal communication skills in German;
  • Good grip of general troubleshooting and customer problem solving;
  • Are customer-oriented, working with strong soft skills;
  • Have experience in technical support or customer service (nice to have);
  • Work with passion while still having fun;
  • Care about online privacy and security;
